The research focus health economics and healthcare systems research analyzes dental healthcare in the context of business (micro) and economic (macro) matters and compares national dental care systems.
Health economics
Health economics is concerned with economic matters in the field of medical, and particularly dental, treatment. To this end, two analysis levels are considered: the corporate level (business perspective) and the system level (economic and sociopolitical level). The amount and structure of investments are required to establish a new dental practice (InvestMonitor Dental Practice) are analyzed annually at the business level.
Healthcare systems research
Healthcare systems research is primarily devoted to policy analysis, public health policies analysis, and international healthcare system comparisons.
